  1. How encouraging this is to read! I love the whole sheep thing in John. I love the whole message…

thank you and bless you, dear Natalie…

  2. Great parallel. I will forever think a little bit more about God every time I identify my child’s cry from the crowd. Very cool way to look at it!

  3. I love the line “knowing that He is using my weaknesses to enhance His Kingdom.” That line is so good on many different levels, but first it reminds me that perfection is not required. I can learn more from my mistakes from my successes anyway.

  4. Beautiful, beautiful post! I’m often reminded of how He knows the number of hairs on our head, knows all the details of our lives and is there to help us through every one of them. Blessings to you!

  5. Yes I agree we have an amazing Shepherd!!!
I am falling in love with HIM more everyday!!
    This was indeed very encouraging!!!
    Blessings,
    Tina

  6. It is comforting to know that we are so well known by our Heavenly Father, especially when we are hurting. I am struggling not to listen to the thoughts inside my head that are telling me that the pain would stop if I just to all my pills and went to sleep. Please pray for me.

    • Sue, please know that the voice in your head that is telling you those lies is not God’s.

There is always redemption and light at the end of a storm – I am a survivor myself. You are valued and loved by God and He is walking with you right now – in fact, He is carrying you.

If you find the pain too unbearable, please call 1-800-273-TALK.

I will be praying for you.

    • Sue, I am praying for you too dear sister. Please know that God loves you so very very much, and all of your sisters out in bloggy land do to. Hang in there, just take things hour by hour. You are a survivor and have survived thus far and I have no doubt God has amazing things planned for you dear one. Hang on, and remember the Bible is the only truth we have, those stinky thoughts we have are not the truth, but we KNOW that the bible is, and when we can’t quite wrap our head around beleiving it, CRY OUT – HELP ME OVERCOME MY UNBELEIF!!!! Because He looooovvvvvvveeeessss you dearly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  7. I loved this post, and the picture. I am so glad He knows each and every one of us sheep better than we know ourselves. Cause, I don’t know about you, but my self can be pretty confusing at times 🙂

  8. Natalie,
I love how you described the needs of your children. You, of course, know each need so intimately, and truthfully, I’ve never thought about God knowing and loving me that way.

Of course God knows that I don’t always cry when I’m sad, but I always cry when I’m angry. There’s no doubt in my mind that He knows I have to be the first one up in the morning or else I feel behind all day, and He certainly knows all my many faults and loves me just the same.

  9. I had a dream to start my firm, but I didn’t earn enough amount of money to do this. Thank heaven my close colleague recommended to use the loan. Thence I received the term loan and realized my old dream.
